Fall Color in Mississippi River Country
Explore the “Natural State” this fall. Arkansas offers the fall color enthusiast an unbelievable variety of landscapes and scenery, from sweeping mountaintop views to picturesque forest glades. Take an auto tour through the Ozark and Ouachita mountains. The Boston Mountains Loop in northeastern Arkansas provides 80 miles of pure fall color pleasure. Arkansas’s rivers, including the famous Buffalo, Caddo and Cassatot, are some of the best fall paddling opportunities in the world. Enjoy great fall fishing on Beaver and Bull Shoals lakes and the famous White River. Or, head to Hot Springs for natural relaxation amid autumn splendor.
