Great River RoadThe Great River Road was established in 1938 as the national parkway of the Mississippi River. Follow the green Pilot's Wheel road signs that mark its route nearly 3,000 miles through 10 states.
The Jefferson National Expansion Memorial in St. Louis, Missouri (better know as the Gateway Arch), is the tallest monument in America. At 630 feet, it is more than twice as tall as the Statue of Liberty.
