What is EMR?
Experience Mississippi River (EMR) is a collaboration tuorism organization promoting travel Along and Beyond the Mississippi River in the ten states of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana. EMR is a collaborative effort between the Mississippi River Parkway Commission and Mississippi River Country, USA.
